I have experienced kitchen work since I was qualified in England in 2008, moved to Norway in 2011 There I have carried on my career as chef.

I’ve worked as chalet chef during winter season in Austria, Switzerland and France, also in ala carte restaurants, food production, hotel kitchens , canteen and catering services.

I received a certificate in hospitality and catering by the City and Guilds, London U.K

and I have a diploma in professional cookery, City and Guilds, London U.K

I am hard worker , very organised, disciplined, professional and well presented chef that enjoy to cook a well presented fresh meal from scratch and create good relations, I can work well on cold or hot dishes as desserts, an excellent understanding of kitchen economics and food allergies, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
