I am a 23-year-old private chef trained in France, with 6 years of experience in high-end gastronomy across some of the most demanding kitchens in Europe and North America.
My career has taken me through Michelin-starred restaurants in France, Canada, Norway, and New York, where I developed rigorous technical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a culinary sensibility deeply rooted in French tradition and open to the world.
Despite my young age, I quickly rose to positions of responsibility, building a rare ability to balance creativity, precision, and adaptability and qualities I consider essential in the intimate and exacting world of private dining.
