I am a professional chef, trained at the school Gastronómica de las Américas, with over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. Most of my career was developed in Argentina, where I worked across a wide range of kitchens, including hotels, franchise operations, and local restaurants, allowing me to specialize in diverse culinary styles.

Driven by a strong ambition to continue learning and growing, I decided to move to New Zealand, where I have gained valuable experience in New Zealand cuisine, culture, and contemporary gastronomic approaches.

My latest project, focused on sharing my knowledge of South American cuisine, has inspired me to continue showcasing my culture through private events—bringing an authentic culinary experience from the other side of the world directly to your table.
