Hello, I am a Chef, I have 25 years experience, baking, short order cooking, catering and production cooking. I enjoy making sauces, sweets and vegeterian and meat dishes. I am very creative in the kitchen, and enjoy food from scratch. I am a New Zealander and have worked in Australia for 13 years cooking.
