I am a professional chef with almost 20 years of experience. I started in London and travelled as private chef to Scotland, Nuntacket, France, Caribbean. I moved to Martinborough, NZ, in 2019 and worked in various restaurants in Martinborough, before opening "Attilio's kitchen", providing food for the Palliser estate winery. I am now available for some new experiences.

I would say at home... But professionally at The Petersham Nurseries in London where I started in 2007 as a committed and became Head Chef in 2010.
