I'm a professional Chef with 13+ years experience in fine dining kitchens.

I worked in various hatted/ high end restaurants with different Seniors Roles .Some examples in New Zealand are The French Cafe ( 3 hats) , O'connell street Bistro (1 hat), Baduzzi (2 hat) and more..I have cooked for many International Super Stars and Chefs. To name some Chefs Such as Marco Pierre White , Massimo Bottura , various singers , bands , even sports team like the ALL BLACKS
