I'm a chef from Argentina with 25 years of experience. From upmarket cafes and restaurants in Auckland to weddings and private functions. I've done it all. Always in a good mood and keen to make everyone laugh.

I have recently relocated to Papamoa and I'm keen to put on a show and entertain people in the Bay of Plenty.

Emanuel took such great care of our large group of 15 people!! We had a mix of kids and adults and he catered to both very well. He was punctual, professional, easy to be around, catered to special requests and basically made our holiday such a breeze. He made us 7, 4 course dinners, and 3 breakfasts with many options and hit everything out of the park! Overall we were SO impressed and there are a few recipes we actually might ask for because they were amazing and we can’t stop thinking about them! His pesto chicken was to die for, as was the pollo asado, amazing pavlova with kiwi puree, fantastic miso poke bowls, yummy enchiladas, delectable shrimp… and maybe most impressive of all, he put together a truly magical “hobbit feast” for us one night that was so beautiful to look at and just as delicious to partake of! Ask for his roasted potatoes and whole roasted chicken! We will never forget it. Of course there were a couple of items over the entire week that weren’t our favorites, but that’s to be expected with so many dishes. We also felt his service was very well-priced for the high quality of the food/presentation/organization. I can’t recommend Emanuel highly enough - don’t hesitate to work with him, you will not regret it :)

Our chef Emmanuel was fantastic. We had an incredible meal which was such a treat and way beyond expectations.

Emmanuel was the perfect addition to a lazy long lunch at home .... his professionalism, food, presentation and efficiency meant he moved in and out of the kitchen seamlessly serving us, cooking and cleaning up, leaving everything as he found it. Loved his vibe, unobtrusive warm and friendly.

Chef Emmanuel Tur was absolutely incredible. His helpfulness during our planning of the evening was most reassuring. He was very helpful and informative when discussing my menu selections with me and gave me sound advice and explanations which made the whole experience of menu planning a smooth experience. On the day we had an incredible experience…the food was delectable and the presentation of each dish high-end top notch. We and our guests were in agreement that this was by far the most wonderful in-home dining experience we have ever had. Emmanuel Tur was a nugget of gold that we found.

Emanuel did a fantastic job. The food was very tasty and looked amazing. He was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend an evening with Emanuel he made my mums 70th so very special - some of the best food I has eaten, and even let me design the menu.

Emanuel was great all round. The food was presented in a timely manner and the children enjoyed the dishes they were given. Great job!

Highly highly recommend! We had the Mediterranean menu & it was delicious, there was plenty of food! Emanuel and his assistant arrived on time, brought everything they needed with them & cleaned too. The plates and cutlery supplied as part of the service were beautiful and matched the food well. All the guests were so impressed. We had the baked cheesecake as a GF option which was incredible. Mushroom risotto, so tasty! We had the lamb rump which came with a side of the yummiest vegetables. We also had the creamy chicken. 10/10!

Emanuel was the perfect chef for our mystery weekend getaway with the girls. He was engaging and ensured we paired good wine with our dishes. Told us about the meals and presented them beautifully. Having him set the table and take all the dishes away was just a delight. He did so well cooking in a glamping tent (only a cooktop) while making us feel we were at a fine dining restaurant.

Emanuel was amazing! Accommodated every request and was so pleasant about it all. He did it for a large group and it wasn't a problem. The food was amazing and I couldn't recommend this experience enough.

Emanuel was amazing! Very friendly and punctual, the food was beautiful and everyone loved it. He took special care with our one person who had a food tolerance and catered for free for our group of kids who demolished what they were given. He also left the place clean and tidy and his waitress was lovely. The entrees were amazing especially the scallop dish. We had the slow cooked lamb for main which was perfection, if a little bit big for most to finish though which made the delicious desert a struggle. But better to be too much than not enough! A bit more time between courses could be a nice addition to make room for the next one but apart from that amazing service. Loved having you in our home Emanuel, thank you so much!

We had a wonderful evening with Emanuel cooking for our group of 13 family and friends. He arrived on time, with everything really organised. He was polite and professional, but had a warm manner which made the evening comfortable. And the food was delicious! We opted for a 'meat heavy' menu and everything was great - including the presentation. The lamb was a particular highlight, cooked to perfection. He and his partner left the kitchen in an immaculate state. Thanks so much for a memorable evening! We'd definitely get him back :)

Emanuel was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job for my mums 65th birthday.The food was amazing, perfectly cooked and each dish was well presented. The 12 of us had an amazing time! We will 100 % be using the service again!

Emanuel Tur was great to deal with - he had a wide range of menu options and was very patient with me as I took my time to decide my menu. The food was fantastic and was served in a timely and discreet manner. He made us feel special and made our evening very stress free and enjoyable.

Chef Emanuel did an amazing job. He was prompt, helpful and professional from the outset, and supplied a choice of interesting delicious menus. He was very accommodating to our special needs and went out of his way to make the event special. He communicated effectively before the event, turned up promptly on the day, did a superb job, charmed my guests, and left the kitchen immaculate. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

An amazing, friendly man and was very engaging from the time he came into our home. He even brought us a bottle of red as a compliment for our celebration of our anniversary. Amazing food with every taste that felt like a party in our mouth with each bite.
