I am a professional Italian Chef with over 15 years of experience in hospitality most of them spent in Restaurants and Hotels. I am specialized in European and mediterean cuisine especially the Italian one. I worked in different countries as Norway, France, Holland, Austria and Greece but I was born and raised in Bologna, Italy, which is known as the Italian capital of cuisine and fresh pasta. I attended hospitality school and I refined my technique in the food valley between Bologna and Parma along side the best Chefs of Emilia-Romagna region as Igles Correlli and Bruno Barbieri ,then in 2014, I decided to bring my experience here to New Zealand. In my career I got numeros awards especially for my skills in preparing seafood, fresh pasta and desserts. I am the Head Chef of one of the best Italian restaurant in Auckland and in my spear time I enjoy to bring my experience directly to the private client.
