Love cooking, always deliver delicious dishes and never stop improving myself

I’m a professional chef with more than 5 years of experience, trained in basic French cuisine and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I have a strong taste and understanding of Asian food, and I’ve prepared a variety of dishes such as Pad Thai, fried rice, Banh Mi, Katsu, as well as Egg Benedict and chicken burgers. I have consistently received good feedback from my customers.

I also co-founded a small coffee shop with a friend, which we are currently developing. Throughout this journey, I’ve learned a lot from my mistakes and continue improving day by day, always striving to grow both personally and professionally.
