Profesional chef, with 25 years of experience in fine dining restaurants, including 3 Michelin stars restaurants and world class hotels. I worked in France and Argentina, which gives me a wide range of cuisine and hospitality knowledge.
Having owned my restaurant during 10 years gives me an excellent understanding of the guests expectations and great capacity to adapt to any kind of situation and demand.
