Get to know me better

I am a father, a son, a partner, and a chef. Forever learning and growing, I truly love what I do.

I am a passionate young chef, originally born in Canada, I moved here with the mother of my twin daughters. Since moving to New Zealand I have found my place in the hospitality industry here as a passionate, creative, & fun head chef. I pride myself in creating beautiful experiences through food and dinning experiences. I started cooking with my father in his restaraunt when I was 12, and since travelled all over the world, forever learning and expanding my perspective on the industry. I currently am the head chef at a modern Japanese restaraunt in Wellington , and would love the opportunity to share what I love with more people in the community.
