I’m a professional chef from Patagonia Argentina, with over a decade of experience across fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and premium events in New Zealand, Argentina, and Brazil.
I’ve opened and led kitchens as Head Chef in Queenstown, Wellington, Buenos Aires, and Brasilia, creating seasonal menus and refined dining for private events, weddings, and corporate clients. My background in high-end restaurants has shaped my attention to detail and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients.
