I ma a chef with 15 years experience. Studied professional cookery at Auckland University of Technology in 2001. I have cooked in Hotels, Pubs, restaurants, cafes and private chalets all over the world. Most rewarding experience was working the french alps at a private chalet in the mountains. I have done a lot of work in cafes in New Zealand for the last few years. And now run a restaurant, cafe and function center in a lifestyle village at Papamoa Beach.
