A great chef with a wide skill set obtained from working in well established restaurants in Australia and London
I am a professional chef taking my career very seriously and with great passion. I have spent the last 7 years in London learning my trade and refining my cooking skills to high level.
I am keen to apply newfound skills in my native New Zealand and share admiration for food with people through eating and talking about culinary experiences. Contemporary cuisine with various European influences is my main focus, however, I do admire and like to cook dishes from other cultures.
