I am a professional chef, having learned my trade in Haute-Savoie, France, working between hotels and some of the finest chalets the Alps has to offer, I then honed my skills in Burgundy which is considered the culinary capital of France, cooking for the world's elite at Chateau de Verannes. I adore foods connection to other arts and aspire to lead a clean kitchen with a friendly, food loving atmosphere.
