Specialist in Ragù alla Bolognese (Spaghetti Bolognese), quiche and all types of kiwi comfort food. People have told me that my spaghetti bolognese is the best they have ever tried so I would love to cook it for you and see what you think. Japanese chashu pork is another one of my specialties - either as a side meat or as a main with mashed potatoes and bok choy/asparagus when in season. Looking forward to cooking for you!
