Passionate about Ragù alla Bolognese (Spaghetti Bolognese) and World Class Quiche

Specialist in Ragù alla Bolognese (Spaghetti Bolognese), quiche and all types of kiwi comfort food. People have told me that my spaghetti bolognese is the best they have ever tried so I would love to cook it for you and see what you think. Japanese chashu pork is another one of my specialties - either as a side meat or as a main with mashed potatoes and bok choy/asparagus when in season. Looking forward to cooking for you!

Home - stepdad is a chef and was a cook in the Royal NZ Navy. I also learnt on a 3 day course at Fisher & Paykel's social kitchen in Melbourne.

Jamie Oliver and Gino D'Acampo for sure.

A cooking secret...

Never too much garlic and a glass of fine red improves the cuisine (am I meaning for the food or for the chef? or for both?)
