Happy, humble and loves to give time to help others.
I am in my late thirties with 18yrs in the chef industry and 20 years in the baking and pastry industry. I trained through Accor hotels under executive chef Grant Kitchen of NZ. I am well trained in Mediterranean based rim dishes, but pride myself on being able to adapt into any style of cuisine. Owning my own catering company i have a high level and expectation of food in any style or setting created in the food and hospotality industry. I have had 8 years in the NZ Chefs association judging as a regional and national judge.
