I am a professional chef with 14 years of cooking experience . I have gained experience from Sydney , London and Auckland at the moment . I have worked at high end restaurants and bistros . I am very interested in southern American smoke houses . Love smoking meat ( low and slow is what I believe ) . I learned to cook at Meridian international hotel school , Sydney and eventually worked as the Head Chef at The Rylston & The Joylab Network.
