Passionate about serving up delicious local ingredients with a smile and friendly professional manner.

I'm a full qualified chef having gained both my City & Guilds level 4 international qualifications and level 5 NCEA professional cookery at the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT) and over 15 years experience working in kitchens in a variety of roles. Food has always been a huge part of my life, my earliest memory is of being in my Grandmother's pantry eating her freshly preserved pears that she'd grown herself in her incredible garden. Those early memories of grandma's produce and garden gave me a deep understanding and respect for ingredients, an approach I take with my dishes also.
