Passionate, outgoing and adventurous.
I am a professional chef with 10 years experience in some very high end fine dining restaurants and currently super-yachts. I was born in Nz and my career has taken me across the globe learning different cultures and cuisines. From working at Clooney in Auckland to Press Club in Melbourne, and sailing across the Mediterranean cooking the food i love. I love to cook very seasonal food thats fresh and locally sourced, treating each ingredient with respect and care, letting it show on the plate. I am confident in a range of cuisines spanning from Mediterranean to asian and traditional Mexican, catering to dietary restrictions to ensure all expectations are met.
