I am a professional chef who has been cooking for 20 years, throughout New Zealand and abroad. Through my travels I have learnt many cuisines and flavours from restaurants such as Logan Brown in Wellington, The Point steakhouse Melbourne and Maha restaurant which Is middle eastern inspired food. That has helped mould and elevate my food to create special dishes
