A classically trained chef, inspired by food and provenance of ingredients.

I am a chef from the U.K and first started working in kitchens at the age of 14. At 16 I commenced a 3 year apprenticeship at a Michelin starred restaurant, from then I went to work for Raymond Blanc at the 2 Michelin starred Le manoir aux quat saisons, after a year there I went on to be a sous chef at multiple restaurants around the cotswolds/Oxford area of the uk. I moved to Christchurch Nz in 2021 and worked as Sous chef for one of the top chefs in Christchurch City. Currently looking to start my own business or next venture.
