I am a Chef who's been in the industry for 8 years. I've been working at more than 50 restaurants through temping and permanent positions. I kept my mouth shut and my eyes open, then I realised something, I asked myself, What are you doing? I feel like I am not cooking, but a slave doing unimportant tasks.
