Specializing in Tasting Menus. My cuisine is inspired from my travels around the world, and my Greek heritage. I enjoy to bring out the distinct flavors of each ingredient and showcase nothing less than the high quality of the products I use. I love sharing stories and teaching, along with cooking. Interaction with other people who love food is the best confidence boost and it inspires me to push the limits. If you are brave enough to taste it then I am willing to make it!!!! I am available for Private events, Culinary shows ,Hosting, MC Master Presenter as well as menu development and F&B Consulting and Food Distributor.
