Fusion Panamanian–Peruvian Chef

Grateful to the kitchens that have allowed me to grow through the years, I am a firm believer that food is medicine and medicine is food. Peruvian by birth, I have lived most of my life in Panama, where I entered the beautiful world of gastronomy 15 years ago. My journey began as a waiter and evolved into owning my own catering service. For seven years, I followed a fully plant-based lifestyle, an experience that deeply shaped my cooking philosophy and approach to health-focused cuisine. Today, whether cooking simple or complex dishes, I always work with quality, intention, and love—because everything made with love turns out better.

La experiencia fue excelente. Disfrutamos de una cena muy agradable en casa con amigos, y todo estuvo impecable. La presentación de cada plato fue limpia y cuidada, con sabores variados y muy bien logrados. Sin duda recomendaría a Bryant. Todo estuvo delicioso, pero el ceviche fue definitivamente el favorito de la noche. ¡Nos encantó!

Bryant was more than accommodating for our event. He was very patient and supportive of our schedule conflicts. The food and presentations exceeded our expectations. I would definitely work with him again.
