Fusion Panamanian–Peruvian Chef

Grateful to the kitchens that have allowed me to grow through the years, I am a firm believer that food is medicine and medicine is food. Peruvian by birth, I have lived most of my life in Panama, where I entered the beautiful world of gastronomy 15 years ago. My journey began as a waiter and evolved into owning my own catering service. For seven years, I followed a fully plant-based lifestyle, an experience that deeply shaped my cooking philosophy and approach to health-focused cuisine. Today, whether cooking simple or complex dishes, I always work with quality, intention, and love—because everything made with love turns out better.
