Hi, I'm Luciana! I spent years leading street food tours in Italy, but I also like being at the stove. My passion for homemade pasta started at my grandmother’s side, and now I bring those timeless traditions to you. Whether you want to 'pasta' like a pro, dive into an immortal Lasagna, or master the perfect Risotto, I’m here to make it happen. I specialize in fresh filled pasta and regional Italian classics like APULIAN Orecchiette, cavatelli and Maccheroni. But I'll happily teach how to make sicilian arancini if you fancy it. Let’s broaden your culinary horizons together!
