A cook with a lot of love to give

Im a panamenian Chef , I studied Culinary Arts, at The Culinary Art Academy in Panama City.

I Also went to San Francisco, California to study english At Berliz Institute.

I have been cooking for more than 13 years in the best hotels of Panama City, including Hotel Gamboa Resort and Red Frog in Bocas del Toro; However I frefer feels more creative and fun. I cook with my Soul. For me cook is the only way i can show my feelings.

Buenas, el chef nos dio una noche de navidad muy diferente pues aprendimos de su trabajo además de hablar de toda su experiencia en otras ciudades en las cuales ha estado tanto nosotros como el chef. También se integró fácilmente a una cocina (en mi casa) que no conocía sin errores. Fue muy cordial además de atento con nosotros. Fue una noche buena especial pues era la primera navidad para mi hijo recién nacido y su servicio nos cayó de maravilla. Gracias Chef Giussepe..
