I am a passionate chef who creates healthy, made-from-scratch cuisine, from premium animal proteins to flavorful vegan and vegetarian dishes. With expertise in Mediterranean flavors, rich spices, and fresh herbs, I craft dishes that delight the senses. I have experience in Kosher and Halal preparations, hold a vegan cooking certification, and specialize in pastry and desserts.
My culinary journey includes working at Restaurante Madre Tierra in Rancho de Caldera, Restaurante Mango under Chef Craig Miller, serving as Executive Chef at Lucero Golf & Country Club, and working as a Kosher Chef at Chavat Boquete Synagogue. I have also developed menus for individuals with special dietary needs and offer private catering services.
