Food is my language and I try to show my love and passion in every dish I create.

I am an experienced professional Chef with a lifelong passion for cooking that has fueled my journey for over 8 years. It all began during my childhood when I knew deep down that becoming a Chef was my goal. To start my culinary adventure, I studied at the Mariano Moreno Institute in Bogota. However, my thirst for knowledge led me to Buenos Aires, where I further expanded my skills at the renowned Mausi Sebess Culinary Institute. With a commitment to excellence, I approach each dish with attention to detail, ensuring that every plate I create reflects my love and dedication to give a complete experience.
