Cooking is my passion.

I am a Professional Chef with 25 years experience in the culinary world. i studied at the school ESDIT in Arequipa.

I have worked in several restaurants and hotels in Arequipa. From 2006 to 2009, I worked on various merchant and fishing vessels around the world.

I have worked as a chef instructor at several culinary institutes in Arequipa for over eight years.
