Meticulous in the kitchen, innovating for me and for everyone.

I have been a chef for 5 years. I studied hotel management in Peru and also courses of traditional Peruvian and fusion cuisine. Today I am the owner of a sushi and nikkei restaurant in the sacred valley of Cusco-Peru called LA 58 restobar. What I look for the most in the kitchen is to innovate always with native, organic and local products to always be in contact with communities and to feel the essence in every bite.
