Throughout my career, I have worked in various restaurants in Peru and around the world, gaining valuable experience in different culinary styles. Currently, I own a restaurant in one of the wonders of the world, in Peru. I specialize in Nikkei cuisine, ceviche, sushi, pasta, and many other culinary techniques. Passionate about my craft, I always strive to use the freshest ingredients to create high-quality dishes that honor tradition while embracing innovation.
