I am a professional Chef with 25 years in the Gastronomic environment, currently Executive Chef in La Baguette SAC Perú my preparation was carried out at the Gastronomy Institute of Le Cordon Bleu Peru, I have been Chef in Peruvian restaurants such as Liverpool Restobar de los Hermanos Ardiles, in Kuma Rolls Peru, in Chile in My property is Waykuq Restobar, I have been Executive Chef at the Living Acalis SPA chain and I am currently Chef at Showtime Event Group DFO and at Casa Frida CBD.
