Passionate about cooking and providing top notch gastronomic experiences through high quality traditional and fusion dishes.
I am a professional chef with 19 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. I studied at the International School For Culinary Arts And Hotel Management located along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City, Metro Manila. After graduating and receiving my diploma in Culinary And Pastry Arts, I immediately started working. I have worked for several well known restaurants and hotel establishments. To name a few; Cravings/C2 Classic Cuisine, Crown Plaza Manila, Discovery Shores Boracay, Mr. Kurosawa Group/ Akira The Art Of Sushi And Teppanyaki. Last December 2023, my fiancé and I decided to move to Pampanga and put up a restaurant (my family’s business). We built Moe And Bels Bistro+Cafe+Bakery alongside my parents, who have been restaurateurs for 40 years. I was the Executive Chef of our family restaurant during the first year of operations but have since decided to venture out and put up another business my fiance and I could truly call our own. I currently own and manage Hot Box Philippines which has established a solid presence in Pampanga’s booming pop-up scene. We’re hoping that one day we can grow Hot Box into an established restaurant but until then I constantly seek new opportunities and challenges that will help me further advance my knowledge as a chef and allow me to continue to hone my skills.
