I always say that I don’t believe I’m a Chef, but what I say also is that I’m a storyteller on the plate
I’m a professional chef with an experience for almost 6 years. I graduated from Culinary Arts of First Academy and before that I was trained and worked in one of my executive chef business in catering for 3 yrs. After I studied Culinary I work in one of the luxury resort and hotel and they’re top 3 in Philippines it’s Daluyon beach and mountain resort in Puerto Princesa and currently working here until January. If you’re gonna ask me why I’m here if I’m still working, my answer would be that I’m planning to do my passion in my on way someday and I would like to share it with you guys. I would be happy to help and make you guys taste the best of culinary in another level cause in my young age I’m open to new ideas, flavors, cultures and advice that I will get when I start here.
