I'm Thai Native Chef. Love to present Authentic Thai Food as Representing for Thai Historical via my cooking. Also Cook International Foods & Asian

I studied and graduated in Baking & Cake from Culinary Bangkok, Silom, under Ajarn Yingsak, who was widely recognized at the time as a leading authority in baking and cooking. I completed my studies more than 26 years ago. I am also a Wine Specialist, having graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, Bangkok, a world-class culinary arts school.

I am a Thai native chef with a deep passion for presenting authentic Thai cuisine that reflects Thailand’s history and cultural heritage through food. Thai cuisine is rich in a wide variety of herbs that are highly beneficial to health, offering complex yet balanced flavors and a remarkable sensory experience when prepared using the correct techniques. This is why Thai food is renowned worldwide and consistently ranks among the world’s top cuisines. I firmly believe that if you love Thai food, you will love my cooking.

I lived in Japan for more than four years and have traveled extensively for culinary exploration and food tasting across Asia, Europe, and the United States, visiting over 77 countries. I have traveled to France more than 30 times, and Italy especially Tuscany and France’s Provence region feel like my second home, having been visited countless times. I have a profound passion for food and wine, with an exceptional level of curiosity, dedication, and depth of knowledges far beyond what most people would ever imagine.

Throughout my journey, I have had exceptional opportunities to exchange knowledge and experiences with Head Chefs and Michelin-star chefs, which deeply inspired me even before I officially became a professional chef.

Before fully stepping into my chef career, I worked as a food commentator for over six years. I consider myself extremely fortunate to apply this extensive experience to my cooking philosophy and to the way I serve my guests. I strongly believe that when we do something from the heart, the results will always be exceptional.

I also specialize in Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine and enjoy creating healthy food menus, including Mediterranean cuisine and Blue Zone lifestyle menus. I possess strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy food concepts.

Currently, I work as a Chef Consultant in the Philippines and am also a Chef Instructor at a top kitchen studio in Metro Manila. In addition, I own my own brand,

“MAMI Authentic Thai Food by Chef Meme,”

and offer online classes teaching how to cook authentic Thai cuisine to students around the world
