Young but experienced British chef
I am a professional 28 year old chef with over 10 years experience in kitchens across the UK and in the US. I studied International hospitality management and graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2015, where i was able to work with some of the world's leading chefs, including Raymond Blanc, Michael Caines, Jeremy Lee, and Jeremiah Tower to name a few. I have worked in all manner of establishments from 500+ bedroom hotels to a 2 AA Rosette winning restaurant in a castle hotel in Scotland. I specialised in modern British and European cuisine but venture out and learn as much as i can from new cuisines, such as Indian and Chinese.
