Private Chef Francis Cardona

I am a chef with less than 5 years of experience in the culinary industry. I studied Culinary Arts specializing in Western, Italian, and Asian Cuisine. At the height of the pandemic, I started my cloud kitchen business, designing all my menus. I also conducted training in kitchen management for different restaurants in my area focusing on the HACCP standards. I was also a part-time culinary instructor at the school where I studied.

With the never-ending studying, I still learn a lot from other chefs that I encounter mostly in social media platforms, and I still do follow my favorite chefs.

I learned to cook when I was 9 years old, being fancied by a TV cooking show where I saw a Chinese chef stir-frying in a wok.

A cooking secret...

My secret in the kitchen is having my heart poured in everything that I do, even if I'm just prepping or doing mise en place, I still love everything.
