Francis Joshua is an aspiring Chef from the Philippines. He started working in Las Flores along their head side Chef Francisco. After his basic knowledge in basic Spanish cuisine. He flew to Bilbao, Spain to further improve his knowledge with Spanish Cuisine. He worked in Restaurante La Mina Bilbao; A Michelin starred restaurant that serves a fusion of local produce and Asian ingredients. He went back to the Philippines to showcase his knowledge with private dinner events for 2 years. He then went back to Madrid, Spain to further his knowledge with Spanish cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid while working at Quispe Madrid.
