My nine-year culinary journey began in my family’s restaurant and has since taken me through a 5-star hotel, a stage at a now Michelin-starred establishment, and a leadership role as Head Chef and Manager of a private club. While my culinary foundation is rooted in the nuances of Korean and Asian flavors, my true specialty lies in my ability to adapt to any culinary discipline. I immerse myself on the process of researching and recreating dishes from across the globe, ensuring that regardless of a dish's origin, it is delivered with deep respect for its roots.
