Graduate of HRC Culinary Academy with a specialization in classic French cuisine and a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Dania Academy, Denmark. Proven expertise in fine dining, kitchen leadership, and restaurant operations. Currently operating a successful small restaurant in Denmark, blending creative culinary skills with strong business management.
