After graduating from Malayan Colleges Laguna, I focused on gaining broad experience, taking jobs that exposed me to a wide audience. My professional cooking background spans everything from paper work, like sales reports, to hands-on dish development for well-known establishments such as Cafe Aurora, Celera, UCC, Bake My Day, and Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Cafe.
While the pandemic posed challenges to my mall-based employment, my passion for cooking never stopped. I used that time to get certified as a bookkeeper, which unexpectedly led to offers at chef-driven restaurants, opening new and exciting doors for learning and professional growth.
