Cooking has always been more than just a profession for me—it’s a lifelong passion that drives my creativity and dedication in the kitchen.
From June 2024 to February 2025, I was employed at Koufuku, a distinguished Japanese restaurant. Initially working as a line cook, I honed my expertise in preparing donburi dishes, frying techniques, and ramen craftsmanship. Additionally, I acquired proficiency in sushi preparation, including California maki rolls. Later, I advanced to the role of kitchen expeditor, overseeing dish quality and streamlining coordination between kitchen line cooks and sushi chefs to ensure efficiency and consistency in service.
