I am a pastry chef trained at schools within the Philippines and France. Worked at several pastry shops in Paris, France for a year and started a home-based online cake business in 2015. I am focused on developing different dessert experiences that looks good and tastes good. The goal is to develop more cake and dessert combinations that you can enjoy for special cheat days.
