I am a 32-year-old culinary professional who studied and trained at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, with further retraining at MIHCA Manila. I gained international experience through an internship at Lake Powell in the United States and later launched my own restaurant business, Rapsadoodle Manila. Most recently, I worked as a Demi Chef with Princess Cruises.
