I am a Singing Chef.

I was a professional singer for 26 years. My wife & I sang in Hotel Mulia (a 5-star diamond hotel in jakarta, Indonesia) for 17 1/2 years. While singing there, i took up culinary in Jakarta Culinary School Diploma 1, And i never stop cooking since then. Now back in the Phils, i put up my own restaurant called "SAMMY's" in Cainta, Rizal, a rustic hole in the wall restaurant with 20 pax seating capacity. And at the end of each meal, i do sing a couple of songs for the guests.

I love singing...I love cooking...the reason why i felt like i've never worked a day in my life.

Excellent chef and attention to detail. It was for an anniversary with my wife and the setup was amazingly beautiful. It exceeded my expectation and I didnt have to lift a finger from setup to clean up. Menu was flexible upon my request to change. And the added after dinner performance was splendid and extra special. I highly recommend Chef Sammy
