I am a professional chef with a 12 years of experience. I graduated from ISCAHM(International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management). I worked as a personal/private chef in NYC and did some private caterings in the Hamptons and Long Island. I currently own a restaurant in Isabela and a B&B in Sta. Ana, Cagayan. I specialize in cooking Asian andWestern cuisine mostly American such as BBQs, Cajun and Creole Cooking, Japanese, Filipino and Korean Cuisines. Any food you desire I can definitely prepare for you as long as the ingredients are available. I also do personalized recipes in accordance to your dietary needs
