My name is Fırat Aktepe, and I am originally from Türkiye. At 37 years old, I have over 20 experience in luxury restaurant business.

I studied at Tekirdağ City Hospitality and Tourism School, Culinary Division. My professional career in hospitality began in 2010 as a Commis 1 at Susesi Deluxe in Belek, Turkey. Since then, have gained extensive experience working in various prestigious establishments, including: Mardan Palace Hotel in Turkey (World”s Leading Luxury Hotel), Iconic Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel in Abu Dhabi, Cratos Premium Hotel and Casino in Cyprus, Joel Robuchon au Dôme (***Michelin) & Galaxy Hotel in Macao, Burnt Ends Restaurant (Asia50Best#15 & WolrdBest50#68 & * Michelin in Singapore, Fairmont Sirru Fen Fushi Luxury Hotel & Waldorf Astoria Hotel (5 Forbes Star) in Maldives and Ruya in Riyadh (Best Mediterranean & North African Restaurant in 2023 by Timeout in Riyadh) and I been as a Head Chef for opening Joel Robuchon in Sindallah Neom.

Currently, I am Executive Chef at Le Maschou.
