Young but with a ton of experience chef

Im a professional chef with a 11 years experience. My main speciality is Mediterranean and french cuisine. i have been working in many different style restaurnat in Greece and Saudi Arabia, with experience in private chef in Mykonos island (Greece). Growing up in Greece Mediterranean cuisine was in my every day life so from my early years i started cooking in these method also my experience in many Mediterranean rstaurants help me improve it, french cuisine got in my life from my culinary school and also my time in French restaurant with a many time awarded French Chef. My journey to Saudi started last year when a Greek restaurant opened in Riyadh after that i spent 8 months in Jeddah for the season and now I am in Al Ula. My belief is that the when you move you get to see a lot new things and exchange experiences with other people.
