Hi. My name is Andris. I'm from Latvija. I use to work in Latvia,Cyprus,England, Sweden. Have experience by head chef and sous chef job. Wanna try something new in personal chef position. I have experience in Japanese, Chinese,Italian, French, Cyprus, American, Latvian , Russian, Swedish cuisine. I'm working with high level kitchen technology , with high quality products, nice presentation. I now how to manage team. How to make trainings of cooking, put new menu in the restaurant. How to open restaurant from beginning . Always produce a food just from local ingredients. I'm always try to make best. I have good level of English and Russian language.
