I have been working as a chef 15 years.
I attended culinary school in Greece EPAS OTEK Rodos. During my carrier I was able to learn and work with Mediterranean cuisine, Latin American cuisine and finally as a Sushi Chef in Asian Fusion restaurants. In 2022 I moved to Sweden and worked with Scandinavian Cuisine and motivating me to create international flavors.
